공립유치원 교사 임용 후보자 선정 경쟁시험 출제 문항 분석: 교사의 핵심역량을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 2013학년도부터 2019학년도까지 출제된 교사 임용 후보자 선정 경쟁시험 문항의 특성을 분석하고, 공립유치원 교사에게 요구되는 핵심역량을 탐색하고자하였다. 이를 위하여 지난 7년간 출제된 임용시험 문항을 추출 및 분석 하였다. 이를 위해 임용시험 문항을 수집하였으며, 수집 후 각 문항의 유형과 형태를 1차 분석하여 엑셀파일에 저장하였다. 이후 모범답안을 마련하여 각각의 분석기준인 교사의 핵심역량에 따라 교직인성 및 전문성의 개발, 학습자 이해, 교육과정 운영, 평가의 이 해 및 실행, 대인관계 및 의사소통 실천, 정보화 소양개발, 유치원 운영의 7개의 범주에 따라 분류하였다. 그 결과, 문항의 유형으로는 ‘단답형’이 가장 많이 출제된 문항의 유형으로 나타났으며, ‘선다형’이나 ‘진위형’은 출제문항유형으로 나타나지 않았 다. 문항의 형태는 ‘원리나 기준기술’이 가장 많이 출제된 문항의 형태로 나타났으며 ‘교사발문기술’은 가장 미미한 출제형태로 드러났다. 출제된 문제에 나타난 교사의 핵심역량을 분석한 결과, 공립유치원 교사 임용시험에서는 ‘교육과정운영’이 가장 요한 핵심역량으로 나타났으며, ‘정보화 소양 개발’의 핵심역량 드러나지 않아, 앞으로 반영되어야 할 핵심역량으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 이후 교사 임용 후보자 선정 경쟁시험의 나아가야 할 방향과 미래사회 핵심역량을 갖춘 교원양성을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study would analyze the characteristics of the public kindergarten teacher appointment examination questions from the year of 2013 to 2019, and investigate the core competency which is required of public kindergarten teachers. For this purpose, this study extracted, and analyzed the public kindergarten teacher appointment examination questions for last 7years. Consequently, the type of questions which is used the most is a ‘Short answer question’, but a ‘Multiple-choice question’, nor a ‘True-and-false question’ is used. The form of questions which is used the most is a ‘Describing a principle or criterion’, on the other hand, the form of ‘Describing a teacher’s questioning’ is barely used. This study shows, after analyzing the core competency of teachers appeared in the questions, the most important core competency is ‘Implementing of curriculum’ for the public kindergarten teacher appointment examination, and ‘Development of information capability’ is the core competency needed to be focused more for the future, due to its low frequency. Based on the result, this study would offer a further direction of the public kindergarten teacher appointment examination, and a implication for training teachers with core competencies for the future society.
