보육교사의 긍정성과 직무스트레스의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 긍정성과 그릿이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 그릿이 긍정성과 직무스트레스 사이를 매개하는지 확인하고자 하였다. D 지역의 20개소 어린이집의 보육교사를 대상으로 2018년 8월 9일∼8월 20일에 걸쳐 설 문조사로 진행되었다. 설문지의 발송과 회수는 직접 방문 또는 우편으로 실시하였으며 회수된 298부의 질문지 중 누락되거나 불성실한 응답 및 결측치가 많은 질문지 63부를 제외하고 최종 235부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하 여 SPSS 프로그램으로 기초 통계와 상관분석, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 연구 모형을 구성하고 측정모형 분석 후 구조모형 분석, 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 보육교사의 긍정성과 그릿은 정적 상관이 나타났으며 긍정성과 직무스트레스, 그릿과 직무스트레스는 부적상관이 나타났다. 직접효과 검증에서는 보육교사의 긍정성은 그릿에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 긍정성과 그릿은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 분석 결과 그릿은 긍정 성과 직무스트레스 사이를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타나 그릿은 직무스트레스를 관리하는 중요한 요소임이 밝혀졌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the positive and grit effects of child care teachers on job stress and whether grit mediates between positive and job stress. The survey was conducted between August 9 and August 20, 2018, targeting child care teachers in 20 day care centers in D area. The questionnaire was sent and collected in person or by mail. Of the 298 questionnaires retrieved, the final 235 parts were used for data analysis, except 63 of which were missing or inaccurate responses and missing values. In order to achieve the research purpose, the basic statistics, correlation analysis, and AMOS program were used as the SPSS program. After constructing the research model and analyzing the measurement model, the structural model analysis and mediating effect were verified. The results of the study showed that the positive and grit positively correlated with child care teachers. There was a negative correlation between positive and job stress, grit and job stress. In the direct effect test, the positiveness of the child care teacher has a positive effect on the grit. However, positiveness and grit did not appear to affect job stress. The mediating effect analysis revealed that grit completely mediates between positive and job stress, and it was found that grit is an important factor in managing job stress.
