국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호 시뮬레이션 교육 만족도 측정 도구를 개발하여 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 DeVellis(2017)가 제시한 단계에 따라 진행하였다. 대상자는 2개 대학교 4학년 간호대학생 162명이다. 문헌 고찰을 통하여 도구의 구성요소를 확인하고 개발된 예비문항에 대한 전문가의 내용타당도를 받고 자료를 수집하였다. 타당도와 신뢰도 검정을 위한 본조사가 시행되었으며, 자료수집은 2016년 6월부터 2018년 4월까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 타당도 검정(구성타당도, 준거타당도), 신뢰도 검정(내적 일관성 신뢰도)을 시행하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 16개 문항, 3개의 요인이 추출되었으며, 66.458%의 누적설명력을 보였다. 집단비교법 결과, 시뮬레이션 교육 만족도는 생활 만족도, 대학생활 만족도, 학교성적에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 Satisfaction with Simulation Experience for High-Fidelity Simulator(SSE-HFS) scale과 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 유의한 상관관계로 나타나 준거타당도가 확보되었다. 전체 문항의 내적 일관성신뢰도는 .885로 나타났다. 개발된 도구는 추후 간호시뮬레이션 교육에서 간호대학생의 만족도 수준을 파악하여 교육의 효과를 검증하는데 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study aims to develop and verify the validity and reliability of a tool for measuring satisfaction with nursing simulation education in nursing students. The study procedure suggested by DeVellis (2017) was used. One hundred and sixty-two fourth-year nursing students at two universities were enrolled. The components of the tool were identified based on a literature review, and the content validity of the preliminary items were established by experts before collecting data. The main survey was conducted to test the validity and reliability and the data collection was conducted from June 2016 to April 2018. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 software, and validity (construct validity, criterion validity) and reliability (internal consistency reliability) were tested. Exploratory factor analysis led to 16 items for three factors, with a cumulative explained variance of 76.458%. There were significant differences in simulation education satisfaction according to life satisfaction, college life satisfaction, and school grades. Further, correlational analysis with the Satisfaction with Simulation Experience for High-Fidelity Simulator (SSE-HFS) scale showed that the two scales are significantly correlated, so criterion validity was established. The internal consistency reliability of the entire items was .885. The developed tool will be utilized to test the effects of nursing simulation education by examining nursing students’ satisfaction with the education.
