대학생들의 창의인성에 대한 암묵적 지식

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 암묵적 지식을 통해 대학생들의 창의인성에 대한 인식을 알아보고, 창의인성교육에 대한 이해를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 창의인성에 대한 개념 및 구성요인, 창의인성교육을 살펴보았고, 2018년 4월 12일부터 6월 20일까지 부산 및 경남 소재 3개 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 382명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 암묵적 지식을 통해 대학생들의 창의인성에 대한 인식을 알아보고, 창의인성교육에 대한 이해를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 대학생들은 창의인성을 창의성과 인성의 결합으로 보고, 창의인성의 구성개념에는 관계유능성, 문제해결을 위한 실천적 태도, 창의적 사고 등이 포함되었다. 둘째, 대학생들은 창의인성교육에 대한 중요성과 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있었고, 창의인성교육이 잘 이루어지기 위해서는 전통적 교육방식에서 벗어나 개방적인 교육환경을 제공하는 것이 중요함을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 대학생들을 인식하는 창의인성에 대한 개념 및 구성요소와 창의인성교육에 대한 이해도를 알아보고자 하였고, 이를 통해 대학생들을 위한 창의인성교육의 접근 방식을 제시했다는 점에서는 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the implicit knowledge of creative personality of college students and the understanding of creative personality education. From April 12 to June 20, 2018, 382 college students were surveyed concerning the implicit knowledge of creative personality. The results of this study were as follows:First, college students viewed creativity as a integration of creativity and personality, and the construct of creativity included ‘Relational competence’, ‘Practical attitude to solve problems’, and ‘Creative thinking’. Second, college students were highly aware of the importance and necessity of creative personality education, and suggested that it was important to provide an open educational environment away from the traditional education method for fostering creative personality education. This study thereby would be helpful to make an approach to creative personality education for college students.
