델파이 조사를 통한 4차 산업혁명 시대의 유아교육 방향 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비한 유아교육의 문제점을 분석하고 미래 인재 양성을 위한 유아교육의 방향을 모색해보는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 관련분야 전문가 12명을 대상으로 2018년 10월 15일(월)부터 2019년 2월 1일(금)까지 16주간 총 3차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 현재 우리나라는 4차 산업혁명시대를 대비한 교육에 관심도는 높으나 유아교육을 위한 교사의 역량 부족, 교육 프로그램 및 교육 체계 부재 등으로 인해 실제적으로 유아교육이 운영되기에 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전문가들은 본 연구를 통해 경험중심교육, 협동학습교육, 자율적이며 주도적인 교육방법을 통해 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비한 교육이 가능하다는 것에 합의 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 효과적인 유 아교육이 실행되기 위해서는 교사교육 및 유아교육 프로그램 개발이 우선되어야 할것이며 정책적, 사회적 지원이 모두 이루어질 때 가능하다는 점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of early childhood education in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution era and to search for the direction of early childhood education. To do this, we conducted a Delphi survey of 12 experts in related fields. The Delphi primary survey was an open question. Based on the results of the Delphi 1st Survey, the second and third surveys were conducted with a total of 68 items. The second and third surveys consisted of the Likert 5 scale. Based on the questionnaires collected through the Delphi third survey, we calculated the mean, standard deviation, consensus, convergence, and CVR for each items, and final agreement points of experts were derived. As a result, Korea is very interested in education for the 4th industrial revolution era but it is found that there is a limit to actual education due to lack of education competence of teachers and lack of education programs and education systems. Therefore, in this study, it suggested that the development of early childhood education for the fourth industrial revolution era should be prioritizes for teacher education and early childhood education program, and that it can be done when both policy and social support are achieved.
