지방대 여학생의 기업의 종류에 따른 취업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 대졸자직업이동경로조사(GOMS, 2016)를 활용하여 지방대 여학생 3,292명을 대상으로 기업종류에 따른 취업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 지방대 여학생은 취업에 있어서 성별과 지역차별의 이중차별을 받고 있으며 이와 같은 어려움으로 방향성이 없는 준비를 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지방대 여학생들의 취업성과를 기업종류별로 분석하여 실질적으로 취업에 필요한 준비사항을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 정부기관(공무원) 취업성과에는 취업목표 설정, 직업향상 교육의 경험, 어학연수 경험 등이 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 둘째 정부투자기관 취업성과에는 다수의 자격증, 민간자격, 어학연수 경험 등이 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 하지만 직업향상 교육은 부(-)의 영향을 보였다. 셋째 재단법인 및 사단법인 취업성과에는 취업목표 설정, 전공과 관련성, 국가전문자격 등이 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 넷째 교육기관 취업성과에는 직업향상 교육, 국가전문자격 등이 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 다섯째 민간기업 및 개인기업 취업성과에는 취업목표 설정, 직업향상 교육, 전공과 관련성이 취업에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지방대 여학생의 취업성과를 면밀히 분석한 새로운 연구로 지방대 여학생의 취업을 효과적으로 도울 수 있으며 지방대 진로와 취업의 정책방향에도 기여할 수 있는 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to Analysis of Factors Affecting the Employment Outcomes of female college students in the non-capital regions. Using the GOMS (2016) survey, 3,292 female college students in the non-capital regions. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, Factors as setting a target for employment, job improvement education, and language training had a positive effect on employment outcomes at a government agency (public servant). Second, Factors as many certificates, private qualifications, and experience in language study had a positive effect on employment outcomes at the government-invested institutions. But job-improvement education had negative effect. Third, Factors as setting a target for employment, connection with major and national professional qualifications had a positive effect on employment outcomes at foundation. Fourth, Factors as job improvement education and national professional qualifications had a positive effect on employment outcomes at educational institution. Fifth, Factors as setting the employment target, education for job improvement, connection with major had a negative effect on employment outcomes at private companies. This new study, which closely analyzes the employment outcomes of female college students in non-capital regions, effectively helps the employment of female college students in non-capital regions, and has the significance to contribute to the policy direction of the career and employment of universities in non-capital regions
