국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스와 간호전문직관의 관계에서 회복탄력성이 가지는 효과를 규명하고자 실시되었다. 연구대상자는 두 개 학기 이상의 임상실습경험이 있는 간호대학생 225명이었으며, 자료 수집기간은 2018년 11월 23일부터 30일까지였다. 연구 결과, 임상실습스트레스는 5점 만점에 2.93점, 회복탄력성은 3.68점, 간호전문직관은 3.64점이었으며, 임상실습스트레스와 회복탄력성, 간호전문직관 간에는 음의 상관관계가, 회복탄력성과 간호전문직관간에는 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 임상실습스트레스가 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 회복탄력성이 부분 매개역할을 한다는 것이 규명되었다. 부정적인 간호전문직관은 조직몰입의 저하로 이어져, 현장적응을 어렵게 한다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 효과적인 임상현장 적응을 위해서는 임상실습스트레스가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 최소화하는 것이 중요하다. 그러므로 간호대학에서는 임상실습교육프로그램 개선과 함께 학생들의 회복탄력성을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램을 개발ㆍ운영하여 이들의 긍정적인 간호전문직관 형성에 기여해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to identify the effect of resilience on relationship between clinical practice stress and nursing professional values in nursing students. The subjects were 225 nursing students who have the experience of clinical practice. According to results, the mean score of clinical practice stress, resilience, nursing professional values were 2.93, 3.68 and 3.64 out of 5, respectively. Clinical practice stress had significant negative correlations with resilience and nursing professional values. In the other hand, resilience had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional values. In the relationship between nursing students’ clinical practice stress and nursing professional values, resilience had a partial mediating effect. Negative nursing professional values lead to a decrease organizational commitment, making it difficult to adapt to the clinical fields. Therefore, it is important to minimize the negative impact of clinical practice stress on nursing professional values in order to adapt effectively to the clinical field of nursing students. Finally, these results suggests a need to develop programs to enhance the resilience of students along with the improvement of clinical practice education programs to the formation of positive nursing professional values.
