학습성과체계도를 이용한 의과대학 교육과정개발 사례연구

국문 초록

대부분 의과대학은 사명과 인재상 중심으로 성과바탕교육을 하향식으로 편성하고 있는데 이는 교육과정이 형식적으로 운영될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 학습성과체계 도를 이용해 성과바탕교육을 보다 체계적이면서도 교육현실을 반영한 교육과정을 구 성하는 것이다. 연구방법은, 학습성과체계도를 문헌조사와 전문가워크숍을 통해 2016 년에 구성하였고, 교수와 학생대상 설문으로 내용 타당성을 2017년과 2018년에 조사하 였다. 졸업성과에 대해 2018년에 재학생 설문조사결과를 바탕으로 공인타당도, 구인타 당도, 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 공인타당도는 대학에서 개발한 졸업성과와 의과대학장․ 의학전문대학원장협의회의 졸업성과를 상관분석을, 구인타당도는 탐색적요인분석과 확인적요인분석을, 그리고 신뢰도는 내적일관성신뢰도를 분석하였다. 학년을 기초로 한 위원회에서는 2019년에 워크숍을 통해 그 내용을 보다 구체화하고 목표 성취수준을 확정하였다. 연구결과, 학습성과체계도는 3개의 교육목표, 7개의 성과영역, 19개의 성 과항목으로 구분되고, 각 성과항목은 3단계의 성취수준으로 설정하였다. 구조방정식을 이용한 구인타당도 검증은 좋은 적합도를, 개발한 졸업성과와 한국의과대학장협의회 의 기본의학학습성과와 상관분석으로 높은 공인타당도를, 그리고 높은 내적일관성신 뢰도를 보였다. 대부분의 졸업성과는 고학년이 될수록 성취수준이 높다고 응답하였다. 결론적으로, 대학의 인재상을 기준으로 학습성과체계도를 먼저 구성하고, 각 학년별 도달수준을 설정하여 교육과정을 구성하는 방법은 대학의 교육과정을 체계적이면서도 현실적으로 구성하는 대안적 방법이라 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Most medical schools develop curriculums based on outcome-based education which is commonly developed in a top-down manner reflected by mission and vision and determine whether medical students have achieved the graduate outcomes by the time of graduation. The purpose of this study is to develop the curriculum by developing the learning outcomes framework and evaluate its validity and reliability. The learning outcomes framework was developed through a literature survey and expert workshop, and the feasibility of the contents was investigated by conducting a survey of professors and students. The top level of the learning outcomes framework, graduate level, was analyzed based on the results of the student survey. The factor analysis was analyzed for construct validity, correlation analysis for concurrent analysis, and Cronbach ɑ for reliability. After the validation of the learning outcomes framework, the content experts described the contents more specifically in the workshop. The learning outcomes framework consisted of 3 learning objectives, 7 categories, and 19 subcategories. The top level of 19 subcategories is graduate outcomes. The construct validity was analyzed with the exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis by Equation Structural Modeling. The index of the structural model was a good fit. The committee consisted of the medical school professor described the contents of the learning outcomes framework specifically in the workshops. As a result of the survey, senior students were higher level than junior students in the most graduate outcomes, but the research and foreign language were not a significant difference. In conclusion, the method of organizing the curriculum by setting the learning outcomes framework is an alternative method of organizing the college curriculum systematically and realistically.
