국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 전문성과 보육조직의 문화가 영 유아권리존중 보육 실행에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 각각 전문성과 문화를 독립 및 매개변인으로 설정하여 영 유아의 권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향과 매개효과를 규명하 였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 전문성발달수준과 권리존중보육, 어린이집의 조직문화는 유의 미한 상관관계가 규명되었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 전문성발달수준은 영 유아권리존중보육 실행에 영향을 미치는 변인임이 규명되었고, 보육조직의 문화도 영 유아권리존중보육 실행에 영향을 미치는 변인임이 규명되었다. 셋째, 보육교사의 전문성발달수준이 영 유아권리 존중보육실행 미치는 영향에서 어린이집의 조직문화는 부분매개효과가 있음이 규명되었다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of child care teacher s professionalism and culture of child care organization on child care and child care respect. For this purpose, we set up professionalism and culture as independent and mediating variables, respectively. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was a significant correlation between child care teacher s professional development level, rights - respecting daycare, and daycare center s organizational culture. Second, the level of professional development of child care teachers was found to be a factor affecting the implementation of respect for child and infant rights, and the culture of child care organization was found to be a factor influencing the implementation of child care respect. Third, it was found that the organizational culture of day care center had a partial mediation effect on the effect of the professionalism development level of child care teachers on child care practice.
