구어 담화에서 한국어 학습자의 평가양태성 보조사의 사용 양상

국문 초록

본고는 구어 담화에서 보조사가 발화자의 태도를 드러내는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 문제의식을 가지고 한국어 학습자의 보조사 ‘까지’의 사용양상을 보는 데 목적이 있다. 본고에서는 보조사는 해당 어휘가 가진 기본적 의미가 그 외연을 확장하여 담화적 층위에서 기능하는 의미를 획득하는 것으로 보았으며, 후자의 경우 화자의 태도를 드러낸다는 데 양태와 함게 논의될 수 있는 가능성에 대하여 논의하였다. 이를 위하여 본고에서는 보조사 ‘까지’를 중심으로 모어 화자와 변별되는 학습자들의 ’ 까지‘의 사용 양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과 한국어 모어 화자의 보조사 ’까지‘ 사용에서는 확장적 의미로서의 사용이 두드러진 반면 학습자의 경우 기본적 의미로서의 사용만이 두드러지는 경향이 있었다. 또한 대부분의 한국어교재에서도 ’까지’는 기본적 의미에 국한되어 제시되고 있었다. 본고에서는 ‘까지’의 기본적 의미가 확장되어 양태적 의미를 획득하는 것으로 보고 전자는 초급 단계에서, 후자는 고급 단계에서 학습하게 함으로써 나선형 교육과정에 따른 어휘의 학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the usage pattern of Korean learner s auxiliary particles with a problem consciousness that the they play an important role in revealing the attitude of the speaker in spoken language discourse. In this study, the auxiliary particles was to be divided into informative auxiliary particle/modal auxiliary particle according to its characteristics. In order to deal with auxiliary particles within the system of modal, this study defined ‘What is the modal’, and ‘what is the system of the modal’ at first. Then it looked at how 까지(kka-ji) was presented in Korean textbooks and discussed differences between Korean learners and Korean speakers by using corpus(KLC and Sejong). Ultimately, in this article, we divide the level of auxiliary particles into information provision (basic meaning of vocabulary, at-issue meaning) and aspects of modal(extended meaning of vocabulary),by making the former learn at the beginning stage and the latter at the advanced stage, the learning of vocabulary according to the spiral curriculum was possible.
