전문대학 교직이수자를 위한 교직인·적성검사도구 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 교원양성과정에서 활용하고 있는 교직인·적성 검사지 표준안을 기반으로 전문대학 교직이수자를 위한 교직인·적성 검사 도구를 개발하고 타당화하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구는 2018년 9월부터 11월까지 전문대학 교직이수자 601 명을 대상으로 실시되었고, 문헌연구와 전문가의 내용타당도로 문항을 구성한 후, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 타당도 분석을 통해 최종문항을 구성하였다. 예비조사에서는 문항 210개 대한 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 전문가의 내용타당도를 고려하여 14개의 하위요인으로 구성된 150개 문항을 선정하였다. 본 조사 결과는 전체 신뢰도 Cronbach α .981로 나타났고, 구인타당도 분석을 위해 실시한 확인적 요인분석에서는 NFI .901, TLI . 940, CFI .940, RMSEA .048로 적합한 모형으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 검사 도구는 전문대학 교직이수자의 교직인·적성 상태를 알아보고, 교육과 상담을 구체적으로 접근할 수 있게 하는 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and rationalize teaching aptitude testing tool for student of training professional process in colleges based on the standard proposal of the teaching aptitude testing paper used in the teacher training process. This study was conducted on 601 students of training professional process in colleges from September to November 2018. And we set up the questions on the document analysis and the content validity of the experts, and then final items were constructed through factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis. In the preliminary examination, 150 items, consisting of 14 sub-factors, were selected considering the content validity of experts, based on the analysis of 210 search factors. The results of the main survey showed that the overall reliability was Cronbach α .981. And in the verification factor analysis conducted for the construct validity analysis was shown as NFI .901, TLI .940, CFI .940, RMSEA .048, it was found to be a suitable model. The inspection tools developed in this study are meaningful in identifying the status of teaching personality and aptitude of teacher training process in colleges and in providing basic data that enables specific access to education and counseling.
