대학생의 창의역량 수업이 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 창의역량을 개발하기 위한 수업이 창의적 문제해결력을 개발하는데 실제로 효과적인지를 알아보고, 대학생들의 창의융합성, 창의역량 수업의 수강 유무가 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위 해 창의역량 수업을 수강한 집단과 수강하지 않은 집단의 창의적 문제해결력(문제발견, 해결)의 차이를 비교하였다. 그리고 창의융합성, 창의역량 수업의 수강유무가 문제발견과 문제해결에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 연구를 위해 2018년 5월부터 2018년 9월까지 경북과 충북에 거주하는 대학생들 170명을 대상으로 자료 수집을 하였으며, t-test와 위계적 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 분석된 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 창의역량 수업을 수강한 집단과 수강하지 않은 집단의 창의적 문제해결력에 차이가 나타나지 않는다. 둘째로 창의융합성, 창의역량 수업의 수강유무는 문제발견에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는다. 창의융합성은 문제해결에 유의한 영향을 주고 있지만, 창의역량 수업의 수강유무는 문제해결에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는다.

영문 초록

The study sought to find out if classes designed to develop the creative skills of university students were actually effective in developing such skills, as well as to confirm the impact of creative in competency, class experience of creative education on creative problem-solving abilities. For this purpose, this study analyzed differences in creative problem-solving skills between the students that take classes that emphasize creativity ability and those who do not take. Also this study analyzed the impact on creative convergence, creative capacity courses of creative courses on creative problem resolution. There were 170 college students in Gyeongsangbuk-do province and Chungcheong-do provinces who participated in the study, and t-test and hierarchical regression models were used to see the differences between those who took the courses and those who did not. Based on the results analyzed, the following conclusions were obtained: First, as a result of conducting t-test analysis in order to see the difference of effect of creative problem solving abilities by group. It was not statistically significant between by the class of creative competency. Second, as a result of conduction multiple regression analysis in order to the expectation relation of relative effect which related variables. The results, creative convergence, class experience of creative education were not significant factors influencing to problem finding. Third, creative convergence was significant factors influencing an problem solving, but class experience of creative education was not significant factors influencing to problem solving.
