예비유아교사의 장애유아 통합교육에 대한 우려 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 Sharma와 Desai(2002)이 개발한 통합교육에 대한 우려(Concerns about Intergrated Education: CIE) 척도를 타당화하고, 이를 사용하여 예비유아교사의 장애유아 통합교육에 대한 우려를 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 내용전문가 들과의 협의를 통해 척도를 수정하고, 2018년 7～8월까지 예비유아교사 310명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램과 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 먼저 척도의 타당화를 위해 문항분석, 확인적 요인분 석, 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였으며, 예비유아교사의 통합교육에 우려를 분석하고자 기술통계치를 산출하고 배경변인에 따른 독립표본 t-검증과 one-way ANOVA를 실사하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 타당도 검증 결과, 원척도의 21문항이 18문 항으로 수정되었으며, 수정된 척도는 원척도의 4요인(자원, 수용, 성취기준, 업무량에 대한 우려)을 잘 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 통합교육에 대한 우려는 학년과 통합교육 관련 과목 수강 경험, 통합교육기관 봉사경험에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 예비유아교사의 통합교육에 대한 우려를 완화시키기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study validated the Concerns about Integrated Education (CIE) scale developed by Sharma and Desai (2002) to be applicable to domestic pre-service early childhood teachers and investigated the concerns of pre-service early childhood teachers on integrated education using validated tools. For this purpose, the scale was revised through consultation with the contents experts and the questionnaire was administered to 310 preschool teachers. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and AMOS 7.0 program. In order to validate the scale, item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability test were conducted. Technical statistics were calculated to analyze the concerns of the integrated early childhood teacher, and the independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA was carried out. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of the validity test, the 21 items of the original scale were revised to 18 items, and the revised scale reflected well the 4 factors of the original scale (concerns about resources, acceptance, academic standards, and workloads). Second, the concerns about the integration education of pre-service early childhood teachers were found to be different according to the experience of taking the courses related to grade, integrated education, and experience of integrated education institution. The results of this study suggested implications for mitigating pre-service childhood teachers concerns about integrated education.
