국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 어머니의 학습관여행동을 측정하는 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 연구 자료수집과 분석은 2017년 9월부터 2018년 4월까지 실시하였다. 척도개발을 위해 먼저 학습관여행동 모델, 기존의 학습관여행동 척도를 토대로 구성요인을 도출하였 고, 어머니집단 인터뷰, 고등학생 개방형 설문, 전문가 집단의 내용타당도 검증을 받아 예비문항으로 78문항을 결정하였다. 예비설문은 239명의 어머니를 대상으로 실시하고 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학습행동존중 및 격려, 학습활동조력, 학교활동지원, 환경·경제적 지원의 4요인, 28문항으로 구성된 어머니의 학습관여행동 척도를 개발하였다. 본 설문은 어머니 347명을 대상으로 설문하였는데 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 요인구조가 자료에 잘 부합함을 확인하였다. 또한 구성타당도 검증을 위해 개발된 어머니의 학습관여행동 척도와 부모역할구성 척도, 부모 효능감 척도, 교육지원활동 척도, 어머니의 학습관여 척도 간의 상관관계에서 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 양호한 구성타당도를 확인하였다. 학습관여행동 척도의 향후 활용도를 중심으로 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the scale that measures mother’s academic involvement behavior. The research data was collected and analyzed from Sept. 2017 to Apr. 2018. First, the components were discovered based upon the academic involvement behavior model and existing academic involvement behavior scale for the scale development. Also, a total of 78 preliminary questions were chosen, after conducting the interview with mother group and open-ended questionnaire with high school students and also, checking out content validity from the expert group. The primary survey was carried out with 239 mothers and also, exploratory factors were analyzed. As a result, the mother’s academic involvement behavior scale was developed, which consisted of 4 factors and 28 questions as follows; the respect and encouragement for learning behavior, assistance for the learning activity, support for school activity and environmental and financial support as well. The secondary survey was conducted with 347 mothers. The confirmatory factor analysis indicated that factor structure corresponded well with the data. In addition, there’s a significant, positive impact in the relationship among the scales which were developed to examine the construct validity such as the mother’s academic involvement behavior, parenting role composition, education support activity, mother’s academic involvement and also, the positive construct validity was confirmed. This study presented implications, focusing on the utilization of the academic involvement behavior scale in future.
