5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 나타난 미디어 관련 내용 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 나타난 미디어 관련 내용을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2018년 3월 5일부터 3월 16일까지 5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서 11권에 제시된 활동 중 미디어 관련 활동을 354개를 선별하고 2018년 3월 19일 부터 3월 21일까지 예비조사를 거쳐 2018년 4월 2일부터 4월 20일까지 약 3주 동안 미디어 관련 분석 준거(미디어를 바라보는 관점, 미디어 기기, 미디어 텍스트)와 누리과정 관련 분석 준거(생활주제, 활동 유형 및 영역, 누리과정 관련 요소)에 따라 분석하였다. 미디어 관련 분석 결과, 5세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에는 미디어를 교수매체로 바라보는 것에 편중되어 있었다. 미디어 관련 활동에 가장 많이 사용되는 미디어 기기는 디지털 카메라이며, 컴퓨터, TV 순으로 나타났다. 또한 주로 사용되는 미디어 텍스트는 영상 텍스트, 복합양식 텍스트였다. 누리과정 관련 분석 결과, 미디어 관련 활동을 가장 많이 다룬 생활주제는 생활도구이고 나머지 생활주제에서는 비교적 고른 분포를 보였다. 또한 미디어 관련 활동의 대부분이 대․소집단 활동으로 이루어지고 있으며 이야기나누기 영역이 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 누리과정 관련 요소별 분포에는 사회관계, 의사소통, 예술경험에 집중되어 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 국가수준의 교육과정인 누리과정 안에서 유아 미디어 교육의 통합적 실천을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study content-analyzed about media elements on the teachers guidebook of five-year-old Nuri-curriculum. A total of 354 media-related activities from the 11 guidebooks, were selected as a unit of analysis, then analyzed based on both media related criteria such as perspectives on media, media equipment & media text and Nuri-curriculum criteria such as life-based theme, activities’ type & area, and related factor with Nuri-curriculum. Results about media-related analysis suggest that the use of media in fie-year-old teachers guidebook on Nuri-curriculum is highly skewed to the instructional media elements. The most frequently used media equipment in the guidebook was a digital camera, followed by computers and TV. In addition, the best used media texts were moving image texts and multimodal texts. The results about Nuri-curriculum criteria showed that the most covered life-based theme on media was the life-tool. Besides, most media-related activities were composed of large/small group activities, focusing on group discussions. The areas of social relations, communications and art experiences most often used media elements among the related factors with Nuri-curriculum.
