간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스가 우울 및 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상실습스트레스와 우울 및 임상수행능력 간의 관계에서 자기돌봄행위의 매개효과를 확인하고자 시행되었다. 이를 위해 충청지역에 소재한 2개의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생 159명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 7일부터 6월 22일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관관계 분석결과 임상실습스트레스는 우울과 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 임상수행능력과 자기돌봄행위와는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 우울은 임상수행능력, 자기돌봄행위와 부적 상관관계가 있었고, 임상수행능력은 자기돌봄행위와 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 매개효과 분석결과 자기돌봄행위는 임상실습 스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났고, 임상실습 스트레스와 임상수행능력 간의 관계에서 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생이 자기돌봄행위를 증진할 수 있도록 돕는 간호교육과정이 운영되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-care behaviors in the relationship of nursing student’s clinical practice stress, with depression and clinical performance ability. For this purpose, 159 nursing students at two universities were surveyed from May 7, 2018 to June 22, 2018, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program. The main results are as follows. First, clinical practice stress showed a significant positive correlation with depression and negative correlation with clinical performance ability and self-care behaviors. Depression showed a significant negative correlation with clinical performance ability and self-care behaviors. Clinical performance ability sho wed a significant positive correlation with self-care behaviors. Second, self-care behaviors showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between clinical practice stress and depression. It had perfect mediating effects in the relationship between clinical practice stress and clinical performance ability. These findings suggest that nursing curriculum need to be run to support nursing students to care for themselves, with learning to care for others.
