국문 초록

본 연구는 근거 이론적 접근을 통해 대학생의 팀 기반 프로젝트학습 과정에 관한 현상을 분석하여 이론적 모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 D 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 20명을 대상으로 성찰일지 작성하기와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 근거 이론적 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 대학생들의 팀 기반 프로젝트학습 과정을 분석한 결과 25개의 하위범주와 11개의 범주가 도출되었다. 둘째, 인과적 상황은 ‘수업 변인’, ‘학우와의 관계’, ‘나의 문제’, 맥락적 조건은 ‘교수자의 피드백’, ‘교수자의 조원 간 역할 분담 강조’, 중심 현상은 ‘사회생활의 필요성 인식을 통한 팀 기반 프로젝트학습 과정의 무기력을 극복하기’로 나타났다. 중재적 조건은 학우들과의 ‘소통을 통한 조율’, 학우들과의 ‘친밀한 관계 형성’, 작용/상호작용 전략은 ‘주도적으로 조원 참여 유도하기’, ‘책임감을 가지고 과제 수행하기’로 도출되었다. 그 결과는 ‘내재적 학습동기 형성’, ‘핵심역량 함양’으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생들의 팀 기반 프로젝트학습 과정은 ‘학습동기 부재기(무능력 인지)’, ‘학습동기 탐색기(역량 준비기)’, ‘학습동기 형성기(역량 개발기)’, ‘도전과 성장기’의 4단계로 확인되었다. 이러한 과정의 핵심 범주는 ‘팀 프로젝트학습의 과정에서 무기력을 극복하기 위한 지속적인 노력으로 내재적 학습동기 형성을 통한 도전의 힘 부여과 핵심역량 함양을 통한 사회인으로의 성장’ 이었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 팀 기반 프로젝트학습에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore college students team based project learning process and to present the theoretical framework. For this purpose, the participants of this study were 20 students who studying at D university in Gyeonggi. This study was qualitative research collected data through reflection journals and in-depth interviews focused on the team based project learning process. The data were analyzed by applying the grounded theoretical method. The results of the study are as follows. First, 25 subcategories and 11 categories were derived from the analysis of college students team based project learning process. Second, the causal situations in which college students experience helplessness in team based project learning process were class variables , relationship with classmates , my problem . College students experienced the central phenomenon of overcoming the helplessness of the team based project learning process by recognizing the need for social life due to the contextual conditions of professor s feedback and professor s emphasis on role sharing . The college students utilized the action / interaction strategy of driving engagement of the classmates and carrying out tasks with responsibility due to the intervention conditions of coordination through communication and intimate relationship with the classmates. As a result of this, there were formation of intrinsic learning motivation and cultivation of core capacity . Third, the team based project learning process of college students is divided into four stages of learning motivation absence(incapacity recognition) , learning motivation explorer(capacity preparation) , learning motivation formation(capacity development) , challenge and growth phase . The core category of this process was forming intrinsic learning motivation which giving the power of challenge and growth as a member of society by cultivating core capacity through continuous efforts to overcome the helplessness of team based project learning process . Based on the results of this study, we suggest implications for effective team based project learning considering the position of college students.
