청소년 교류분석 프로그램이 중학교 여학생의 학교적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중학교 여학생을 대상으로 청소년 교류분석 프로그램을 실시한 후, 프로그램이 이들의 학교적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는데 있다. 중학 교 여학생의 학교적응을 돕기 위한 프로그램은 김민지(2011)가 개발한 청소년 교류 분석 프로그램을 이 연구의 목적과 연구대상의 특성을 고려하여 수정·보완하여 활 용하였다. 전문가의 내용타당도 검증을 거쳐 완성한 프로그램을 실험집단에 주 2회, 총10회기로 실시하였다. 검사도구는 이규미(2005)가 개발한 ‘중학생 학교적응 척도’ 를 활용하였다. 프로그램 실시 결과, 실험집단과 통제집단 간에 학교적응 점수의 변 화에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교적응의 하위영역에서 학교공 부를 제외한 학교교사, 학교친구, 학교생활의 점수의 변화에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 청소년 교류분석 프로그램이 중학교 여학생의 학교적응 에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to carry out a transactional analysis of adolescents focusing on first-year female students in middle school in order to verify its influences on school adaptation and the four sub factors of school adaptation. Program was restructured, by modifying and supplementing the adolescent transactional analysis program developed by Minji Kim (2011), according to the characteristics of this study. In the process of reconstruction, Program was applied twice a week with 10 total sessions. The findings of this study are as follows: First, it is observed that there is a significant difference in terms of school adaption with the experiment group, who has been with the adolescent transactional analysis program in comparison with the control group. Second, regarding the changes of four sub factors of school adaptation with the experiment group, who has carried out the adolescent transactional analysis program, there was a significant difference in the control group, in terms of school teachers, schoolmates and school life, while no significant difference has been observed in terms of school study. What this study implies is that four structural elements and various subjects of the adaptation transactional analysis that influence school has been restructured based on reflecting the particularity of middle school students.
