영문 초록

This study examines job satisfaction of employees working for airlines and aims to summarize service reality of air transport services and suggest methods and improvements to create better service goods. As a result of this study, improvement methods of job satisfaction of airlines employees can be suggested as follows. On characteristics of airlines services to give priority to customer services, female staffs are much more than male staffs. This study also shows more ratio of female staffs than male staffs on sample. It is found that staffs working for airlines show high satisfaction with pride of their company because they are employed by airlines with very affirmative image of company and their affirmative recognition of the company lasts long. However, as unstable psychology of restructuring and employment policy in many enterprises has been prevailed, many difficulties such as lowering staffs' morale and outflow of superior manpower have been emerged. Therefore, more active alternatives to promote staffs' morale and solve unstable employment policy should be developed and suggested.
