영문 초록

With the development rapidly of China's tourism industry, the ranks of tour guides is also a trend of growth rapidly. At the same time, the state of surviving tour guides are also deteriorating, the tour guide has been reduced to practice hard, low education, low pay and vulnerable groups of social security lacking. On the basis of summing up the developing history of tour guides profession in China, analysis of the problems in the development of tourist guides, the reform about the management system of tour guides is discussed. 随着中国旅游业的迅猛发展，导游队伍也呈现快速增长趋势。与此同时，导游的生存状态也在不断恶化，导游已经沦为执业艰难、学历偏低、薪酬偏低和社会保障缺乏的弱势群体。在对中国导游职业发展历史进行总结的基础上，分析了导游发展存在的问题，并对导游管理体制的改革进行了探讨。
