영문 초록

In the" Disequilibrium of Supply and Demand" background of tourism industry, At present, there have beer: significant changes in the job selecting attitudes of tourism students: high expectations for job selecting goals, job selecting utilitarian motives clear tendency, job selecting incomplete information also contributed to the tourism students engaged in the tourism industry to give up the dominant factor-Therefore, we should actively explore the methods and paths of the job selecting attitudes education of tourism students, to provide Chinese tourism personnel with reference. 在旅游业人才供需错位的背景下，目前，旅游专业学生的择业观已经发生了明显的变化: 择业目标期望值偏高，择业取向功利化，择业认知信息表面化，导致了旅游专业学生在择业时放弃了自己的专业选择。所以，我们要充分发挥正确的教育导向作用，引导学生转变择业观念，不断增强旅游业学生择业观教育，为旅游人力资源提供保障。
