The main objective of this paper is to study and survey the demand of tourism in Iran which finally will achieve the answer of the following questions:
1. What kind of model has been used for studying the international demand of tourism in Iran?
2. On Which macroeconomic variables does the international demand of tourism in Iran have effect?
3. What factors are effective in the international demand of tourism in Iran?
4. What are the methods for computing the relative prices?
5. Comparing with the regional competitors, at which rank does Iran stand in the international demand of tourism?
6. What proposed scheme can be suggested to enhance both the revenue and the researches on tourism in Iran?
In order to answer the above questions, this paper has endeavored to evaluate tourism demand in Iran based on studying some published scientific researches.
