예비 체육교사의 융·복합 체육수업을 위한 수업실천 사례 연구: 교육대학원 체육교과교육론 수업을 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 교육대학원에 진학한 예비체육교사들을 대상으로 체육교과교육론 수업에서 체육 융·복합 수업에 대한 이해와 경험을 위해 어떤 내용과 방식으로 수업이 이루어졌는지 살펴볼 뿐 아니라 본 수업으로 도출된 결과물로 학생들이 체육 융·복합 수업을 잘 이해했는지를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 본 수업은 교육대학원에 진학하여 2023년 1, 2학기 동안 ‘체육교과교육론’ 과목을 수강한 예비체육교사 93명을 대상으로 진행되었으며 2015/ 2022개정 체육과 교육과정에서 강조하는 체육 융복합 수업설계라는 주제를 핵심으로 한 학기에 15차시의 수업을 계획하여 진행하였다. 예비체육교사들에게 조별로 구성하여 체육 융복합 수업을 설계 하도록 하였으며, 사전에 공지한 5가지 설계지침에 입각하여 결과물에 대한 동료평가를 실시 후 빈도분석 처리하였다. 결과 예비체육교사들을 대상으로 ‘체육 융·복합 수업 설계’라는 교육내용을 진행하면서 다음과 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 체육 교육과정에 대한 전반적인 이해와 예비 체육교사로서의 전문적 소양을 갖추게 되었다. 둘째, 조별 과제를 통해 과제를 완성시켜나가는 책임감뿐만 아니라 자신의 의견을 피력하는 데 필요한 어휘력, 경청능력, 협동심과 배려심 등의 사회적 능력을 함양하게 해줄 것이다. 셋째, 체육 융·복합 수업에 대한 방식과 아이디어를 공유할뿐 아니라 자신의 수업설계를 성찰하게 하고 나아가 학교 현장에서의 한 단계 발전된 지도안을 설계 하도록 하는데 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있게 될 것이다. 결론 예비체육교사들은 다양한 접근법으로 시도된 내용과 방식으로 한 학기 동안 융·복합 교육이 무엇이며, 이러한 내용을 기반으로 수업을 진행하기 위해서는 어떻게 수업을 설계해야 하는지에 대해 충분히 이해할 수 있는 계기가 되었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is not only to examine the content and method of teaching for the understanding and experience of physical education convergence classes for pre-service physical education teachers who have entered the Graduate School of Education, but also to determine whether the students have a good understanding of physical education convergence classes based on the results derived from this class. Methods This class was conducted for 93 pre-service physical education teachers who entered the Graduate School of Education and took the course ‘Theory of Physical Education Education’ during the first and second semesters of 2023, and planned and conducted 15 classes per semester with the theme of physical education convergence lesson design emphasized in the 2015/2022 revised physical education curriculum as the core. Prospective physical education teachers were asked to design a physical education convergence class in groups, and based on the five design guidelines announced in advance, peer evaluation of the results was carried out and frequency analysis was processed. Results While conducting an education called ‘Physical Education Convergence Lesson Design’ for pre-service physical education teachers, the following effects were obtained. First, I gained a general understanding of the physical education curriculum and professional skills as a prospective physical education teacher. Second, it will help students develop not only the responsibility of completing the task but also the social skills such as vocabulary, listening, cooperation, and consideration necessary to express their opinions. Third, they will be able to share methods and ideas on physical education convergence classes, as well as help them reflect on their own lesson designs and design advanced guidance plans in the school field. Conclusions The pre-service physical education teachers were able to fully understand what convergence education is and how to design lessons based on these contents.
