한중 유아 음악교육과정 비교분석 연구

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 유아 음악교육의 발전을 위해서 한국의 2019 개정 누리과정과 중국의 유아 교육과정에서 나타나는 음악교육을 중심으로 비교 분석하여 교육의 방향을 모색하고 향후 유아 교육과정 개발에 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 음악교육에 해당하는 한국의 2019 개정 누리과정 중 예술경험 영역과 중국의 유아 교육과정 중 예술 영역을 연구 대상으로 하여 내용 범주를 ‘탐색, 표현, 감상’으로 나누어 타일러의 ‘계속성, 계열성, 통합성’을 중심으로 비교 분석하였다. 결과 비교 분석한 결과 한국의 2019 개정 누리과정은 구체적인 목표, 성격과 영역을 통합적이면서 계속성 있게 학습 내용을 구성하였지만, 교수·학습 방안이 포괄적이며, 중국의 유아 교육과정은 연령별로 구분하여 비교적 구체적으로 학습 방안 이 제시되어 있는 반면에 목표와 성격이 명확하지 않았다. 결론 유아 음악교육의 발전을 위해서 음악교육을 연령별로 계열성있는 학습 내용으로 제시할 필요가 있으며, 내용 범주를 위계적으로 나누어서 통합적인 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다. 또한, 교사들마다 가지고 있는 역량이 다르므로 음악교육의 역량을 개발하는 방법과 프로그램 개발이 요구된다. 그러므로 이와 같은 유아 교육과정을 위한 음악교육의 방안과 양국의 교육과정에서 나타나는 교육과정의 장점들을 수용하여 향후 유아 교육과정 개발에 도움이 제공되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to explore the direction of education and provide foundational data for the development of future preschool education curricula by comparing and analyzing music education as presented in South Korea's 2019 revised Nuri curriculum and China's preschool education curriculum, with the goal of advancing early childhood music education. Methods For this purpose, the study focuses on the “Art Experience” area of South Korea's 2019 revised Nuri curriculum and the “Art” area of China's preschool education curriculum, dividing the content into categories of ‘Exploration, Expression, and Appreciation’ and a comparative analysis conducted based on Tyler’s principles of ‘continuity, sequence, integration’. Results The comparative analysis revealed that while South Korea's 2019 revised Nuri curriculum integrates specific goals, characteristics, and areas to construct the learning content continuously, the teaching and learning methods are abstract. Conclusions China's preschool education curriculum presents relatively concrete teaching methods differentiated by age, but lacks clarity in goals and characteristics. Therefore, for the development of early childhood music education, there is a need to present music education content in an age-sequenced manner and to develop integrated programs by hierarchically dividing content categories. Moreover, as teachers possess varying competencies, methods and programs for developing music education competencies are required. Consequently, it is hoped that by adopting the educational strengths observed in the curricula of both countries, this approach to music education for early childhood curricula will contribute to the development of future preschool education curricula.
