노동인권 교육에 대한 학습자 인식 유형화 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생들이 노동인권 문제에 관심을 가지고 노동을 둘러싼 사회경제적 배경과 현안을 이해하도록 하기 위한 교육과정 개선방안을 마련하고자 실제 학생들이 노동인권과 관련된 이슈를 어떻게 생각하고 있는지 분석하였다. 방법 본 연구는 Q 방법론을 통해 J 대학교 학생들이 주관적으로 인식하는 노동인권 이슈에 대한 시각을 탐색하고 다양한 인식을 4가지로 유형화하여 각 유형별 특징을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 결과 QUANL 프로그램을 통해 4가지로 추출된 유형을 검토하였고, 유사한 인식과 태도를 지닌 대학생들의 집단을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 노동인권 이슈를 바라보는 대학생들의 주관적 인식에 큰 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 결론 이러한 유형화 및 분석과정을 통해 오늘날 대학생들에게 필요한 교육과정 개선, 학습동기부여 등의 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 대학의 노동인권 교육에 있어서, 자발적·능동적 학습자 중심의 대학 교육과정을 설계할 수 있도록 의미 있는 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In order to prepare a curriculum improvement plan to help students understand the socioeconomic background and current issues surrounding labor with interest in labor rights issues, we analyzed how actual students think about issues related to labor rights. Methods This study explored the perspectives on labor rights issues subjectively perceived by J University students through the Q methodology, categorizing various perceptions into 4 types, and looked into the characteristics of each type in detail. Results The 4 types extracted through the QUANL program were reviewed, and a group of students with similar perceptions and attitudes was analyzed in depth. As a result of the analysis, a big difference in the subjective perception of undergraduate students looking at labor rights issues was found. Conclusions Through this type of classification and analysis process, improving the curriculum is suggested and the learning vital for today's undergraduate school students requires motivation. In the future, this data is expected to become meaningful basic data with which to design a curriculum centered on voluntary and active learners in labor rights education.
