국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 행복감, 자아존중감, 인권의식과 다문화수용성의 관계를 살펴보고 예측변인들이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보자 연구되었다. 방법 전라남도 지역에 위치한 대학생 287명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 설문 문항에 대한 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach α 계수로 산출하였고, 대학생의 행복감, 자아존중감, 인권의식 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였으며, 대학생의 행복감, 자아존중감, 인권의식이 다문화수용성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학생의 다문화수용성과 자아존중감 및 인권의식과 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 인권의식, 행복감, 자아존중감이 다문화수용성에 의한 정적 예측변인으로 나타났다. 하위 요인 별로 분석한 결과는 하위 요인 중 다양성은 인권의식이, 관계성은 모든 예측변인이 그리고 보편성은 행복감과 인권의식에 유의한 정적 예측변인으로 나타났다. 결론 사회통합을 위한 다문화교육제도 개선 및 다문화인식 관련 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공해 줄 것으로 판단한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to analyze the impact on multicultural acceptability of university stucent's pappiness, self-esteem, and human rights awareness. Methods The survey target were two hundred eighty-seven university students in Jeollanam-do. Cronbach Coefficient was calculated to test reliability of the survey questionnaires for the collected data, and Pearson's Ratio Correlation Analysis was applied to perceive the relationship between university student’s happiness, self-esteem, and human rights awareness. Multiple regression analysis implemented to see the effect of their happiness, self-esteem, and human rights awareness on multicultural acceptability. Results First, there was significant static correlation in between university student’s multicultural acceptability self-esteem and human rights awareness. Second, it was showed that university student’s human rights awareness, happiness, and self-esteem are the static predictors based on multicultural acceptability. As the result analyzed by each sub-factor, human rights awareness, all predictors, and both happiness and human rights awareness were the significant static predictors of diversity, relationship, and universality, respectively. Conclusions This study would be used as basic data for developing the program related with improving multicultural education system and multicultural perception to integrate society.
