부모의 조건부 관심철회가 기본심리욕구를 매개로 대학생의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 자기결정성이론의 관점에서 부모의 조건부 관심철회가 기본심리욕구를 매개로 하여 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 대학생 306명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 Pearson상관분석, 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과 부모의 조건부 관심철회는 기본심리욕구를 매개로 하여 학교생활적응에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 개별매개효과를 실시한 결과 기본심리욕구인 유능감과 자율성은 부모의 조건부 관심철회와 학교생활적응 사이에서 매개효과가 유의하였다. 둘째, 부모의 조건부 관심철회는 기본심리욕구인 자율성, 유능감, 관계성 모두에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기본심리욕구인 관계성과 유능감은 학교생활적응에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 연구결과를 통해 부모의 조건부 관심철회는 통제적인 양육태도로 자녀에게 부정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였으며, 부모의 자율성지지 양육태도와 자녀의 기본심리욕구 충족을 위한 환경 마련의 중요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to analyze the relationship between parental conditional negative regard and mediation effect by basic psychological needs on university’s school. adjustment. Methods To accomplish such purpose, 306 university students living near from Seoul (the capital of South Korea) have been analyzed by using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling(SEM). Results The result therefrom has showed that the basic psychological needs have mediated the relationship between parental conditional negative regard control and university student's school adjustment. The results for the individual mediated effects of the basic psychological needs as follows. 1. Relatedness and competence mediated the relationship between parental conditional negative regard control and niversity student's school adjustment; 2. Autonomy, competence and relatedness have been directly affected by the parental conditional negative regard; and 3. The university student's school adjustment has been directly affected by competence and relatedness. Conclusions ThIt is deduced by the results above that parents' conditional negative regard has negatively affected their children as a control parenting and that importance of creating environments meeting students’ basic psychological needs should be emphasized.
