국문 초록

针对新形势下混合所有制产业学院办学中存在的企业主体弱化、产业适应性不足、校企协同育人效果差、学生认知偏差等问题，本文分析在中国特色学徒制特点基础上，构建基于工学一体化的“多元协同、四阶五融”中国特色学徒制人才培养模式，同时提出通过建设“产学研转创”实践育人基地、工匠之师团队、产教资源库来支撑混合所有制产业学院中国特色学徒制的实施。

영문 초록

In response to the problems of weakened enterprise entities, insufficient industrial adaptability, poor collaborative education between schools and enterprises, and cognitive biases among students in the operation of mixed ownership industry colleges under the new situation, this article analyzes the characteristics of the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system and constructs a “diversified collaboration, four stages and five integrations” talent training model based on the integration of engineering and learning. At the same time, it proposes to support the implementation of the Chinese characteristic apprenticeship system in mixed ownership industry colleges by constructing a “industry university research innovation transformation” practical education base, a team of skilled craftsmen, and an industry education resource library.
