중국어권 한국어 학습자의 종결어미 사용 오류 연구

국문 초록

목적 국립국어원 오류 주석 말뭉치에 나타난 중국어권 한국어 학습자의 종결어미 오류를 전반적으로 분석하고 종결어미 오류의 양상과 유형을 살펴보았다. 방법 이를 위하여 국립국어원 오류 주석 말뭉치에서 중국어권 학습자의 종결어미 오류 용례 1,168개를 분석하였다. 그 가운데 문어의 오류 용례는 922개, 구어의 오류 용례는 246개로 정리됐다. 학습자의 오류를 문어와 구어로 구분해서 분석한 후 초급부터 고급까지 각 숙달도별 오류 형태, 양상, 층위까지 살펴봤다. 결과 중국어권 한국어 학습자들은 문어와 구어에서 종결어미 사용 오류의 경향성이 다르게 나타났다. 각각 오류가 고빈도로 출현한 단계로 문어는 중급, 구어는 고급에 해당하는 숙달도이다. 또 오류 양상에 따라 살펴본 결과는 문어와 구어에서 각각 고빈도로 나타난 오류 양상은 ‘오형태’와 ‘대치’이고 이 두 가지 오류 양상은 각각 고빈도로 나타난 단계는 3급, 5급이다. 또한 오류의 층위에 따라 분석한 결과는 문어에서는 ‘형태 오류’가, 구어에서는 ‘발음 오류’가 많이 나타났다. 그리고 숙달도에 따른 ‘오류 양상’과 ‘오류 층위’에서 종결어미의 오류를 살핀 결과, 문어에서는 ‘오형태 양상+형태 오류’가 각 등급에서 많이 나타났다. 구어에서는 ‘높임법’을 대치한 ‘대치 오류’가 비교적으로 많이 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 국립국어원의 오류 주석 학습자 말뭉치를 자료로 오류 형태, 층위, 양상에 따라 중국어권 학습자들이 각 단계에서 산출한 종결어미의 오류 유형을 전반적으로 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다. 특히 문어와 구어를 구분하여 경향성을 밝혀 한국어 교육 현장에서의 한국어 교사나 중국어권 한국어 학습자, 그리고 연구자에게 유의미한 참고 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The overall analysis of terminating errors of Chinese-speaking Korean learners appeared in the error annotation corpus of the National Institute of the Korean Language, and the patterns and types of final endings errors were examined. Methods For this purpose, 1,168 examples of final endings errors by Chinese-speaking learners were analyzed in the National Institute of the Korean Language error annotation corpus. Among them, 922 examples of errors in written language and 246 examples of errors in spoken language were summarized. After classifying and analyzing learners errors in written and spoken language, the types, patterns, and levels of errors for each level of proficiency, from beginner to advanced, were examined. Results Chinese-speaking Korean learners showed a different tendency to use terminating endings in written and spoken words. The stages in which errors appeared with high frequency were proficiency levels corresponding to intermediate level for written language and advanced level for spoken language. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it examines the error types of ending endings calculated by Chinese-speaking learners at each stage according to the error type, layer, and pattern using the National Institute of the Korean Language s error annotation learners corpus as data. In particular, it is expected that it will be a meaningful reference material for Korean teachers, Chinese-speaking Korean learners, and researchers in the field of Korean language education by discriminating the written language from the spoken language.
