한⋅중 미용대학 교육과정과 진로준비행동 및 진로성숙도 연구

국문 초록

목적 한국과 중국 미용전공자의 미용교육과정 인식과 진로준비행동이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 비교 및 분석하였다. 방법 한국과 중국 미용전공자 342명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고 미용교육과정 인식의 하위요인은 교과과정, 강사, 교육환경, 진로지도로 구성하였고 진로준비행동은 정보수집, 직업체험, 진로탐색, 취업준비로 구성하였다. 설문을 진행하였고 설문지 자료를 데이터코딩을 거쳐 각 요인과 하위요인 구성에 대하여 타당도 및 신뢰도 검정을 하였으며 상관관계 분석을 하였으며 중국과 한국의 미용교육과정 인식, 진로 준비행동 등 요인에 대하여 비교하였다. 결과 미용 교육과정의 개선점으로 한국은 ‘실습⋅취업 정보 제공’, 중국은 ‘실기수업 증가’에 대한 요구가 가장 많았고 취업 관련하여 학교 개선점에서 한국과 중국 모두 ‘방학 중 현장실습 증가’가 높게 나타났으며 실기 교육과 진로교육 확대를 요구하였다. 중국 미용대학의 진로지도, 교육환경, 교과과정, 진로준비행동, 진로성숙도가 한국에 비하여 낮게 나타났다. 한국은 교육환경과 진로지도가, 중국은 교과과정과 진로지도가 진로성숙도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 한국은 진로준비행동의 하위요인 모두가, 중국은 정보수집을 제외한 진로준비행동의 하위요인이 진로성숙도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고 한국은 정보수집이, 중국은 취업준비가 진로성숙도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 중국이 한국보다 미용교육과정, 진로준비행동, 진로성숙도가 낮게 나타났다. 두 나라 모두 진로교육에 대한 강화가 필요하며 한국은 현장 실습시간을 늘려야 하고 중국은 미용 전문성을 높이는 미용 교과과정 및 실기 교실과 교육 장비 개선이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The effects of recognition of Korean and Chinese beauty curriculum and career preparation actions on career maturity were compared and analyzed. Methods A survey was conducted on 350 Korean and Chinese beauty majors, and Chinese beauty majors, and recognition of beauty curriculum consisted of curriculum, instructors, educational environment and career guidance. The survey was conducted, the validity and reliability of each factor and sub-factor composition were tested through data coding, correlation analysis was conducted, and factors such as recognition of beauty curriculum and career preparation behavior in China and Korea were compared. Results As an improvement in beauty curriculum, Korea and China had the most demands for “experience and employment information”, while both Korea and China had high demands for “experience during vacation” and increased number of career education. Career guidance, educational environment, curriculum, career preparation behavior and career maturity at Chinese beauty universities were lower than those in Korea. Education environment and career guidance in Korea, and curriculum and career guidance in China affected career maturity significantly (+). Both South Korea and China found that sub-factors of career preparation behavior had a positive (+) impact on career maturity, while South Korea had s significant impact on information collection, while China had a significant impact on career preparation. Conclusions China showed lower beauty curriculum, career preparation behavior, and career maturity than Korea. Both countries need to strengthen career education, Korea needs to increase field practice time, and China needs to improve beauty curriculum and practical classrooms and educational equipment that increase beauty expertise.
