국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 초기청소년이 지각한 부모의 양육태도가 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 자기자비를 거쳐 주관적 안녕감에 이르는 경로를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위해 연구 목적에 대해 설명하고 자발적으로 참여한 초등학교 남녀 5, 6학년 학생 412명을 대상으로 2021년 6월 1일부터 2021년 6월 11일까지 부모의 양육태도, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 자기자비, 주관적 안녕감관련 변인에 대한 설문자료를 수집 후 구조방정식을 활용해 이들의 관계를 파악 하였다. 결과 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 양육태도, 자기자비, 주관적 안녕은 정적 상관을, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움은 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도와 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 셋째, 부모의 양육태도, 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 자기자비의 이중매개효과를 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구를 토대로 부모의 양육태도, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 자기자비와 주관적 안녕감의 관계에 대해 이해하는 것을 돕고, 부모의 양육태도와 관련한 상담 및 교육방향과 학교생활 및 상담 장면에서 낮은 안녕감을 이해하고 개입하는 데 고려해볼 수 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the path of parenting attitudes perceived by early adolescents to subjective well-being through fear of negative evaluation and self-compassion. Methods From June 1, 2021 to June 11, 2021, 412 male and female elementary school students who voluntarily participated in the study collected survey data on variables related to parenting attitude, fear of negative evaluation, self-compassion, and subjective well-being, and identified their relationship using structural equations. Results First, parents parenting attitudes, self-compassion, and subjective well-being showed a positive correlation, and fear of negative evaluation showed a negative correlation. Second, the mediating effect of self-compassion was confirmed in the relationship between parents parenting attitude and subjective well-being. Third, the double mediating effect of fear of negative evaluation and self-compassion was confirmed in the relationship between parents parenting attitude and subjective well-being. Conclusions Based on this study, it can be used as data to help understand the relationship between parental parenting attitude, fear of negative evaluation, self-compassion, and subjective well-being, and to understand and intervene in counseling directions and educational directions.
