유아교사의 의사소통만족과 심리적 안녕감과의 관계

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 의사소통만족이 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서의 대인관계 스트레스의 조절효과, 특히 각 주체별 조절효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 온라인을 통해 의사소통만족, 대인관계 스트레스, 심리적 안녕감을 조사하였으며 어린이집과 유치원 교사 248명의 응답을 분석하였다. 통제변인을 통제한 후 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 대인관계 스트레스의 각 주체별 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 결과 위계적 회귀분석 결과 의사소통만족은 심리적 안녕감에 정적인 영향을, 대인관계 스트레스의 각 주체인 원장과의 관계, 교사와의 관계, 학부모와의 관계에 의한 스트레스는 모두 심리적 안녕감에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 의사소통만족이 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에 원장과의 관계에 의한 스트레스만이 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 세 변인 간 관계에 대한 이해를 돕고 대인관계 스트레스의 각 주체에 따라 조절효과에 차이가 있음을 밝힘으로써 대인관계 스트레스 연구의 방향을 제시하고 유아교사의 심리적 안녕감 신장을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study investigated the relation between communication satisfaction and psychological well-being of infant teachers in Korea, focusing on moderating effects of interpersonal stress. Methods The participants were 248 infant teachers who agreed to participate in this study. The measures included communication satisfaction questionnaires, psychological well-being questionnaires, and interpersonal stress questionnaires. The moderating effects were examined through hierarchical regression, after controlling the control variables. Results The results of hierarchical regression were that communication satisfaction was positively related to psychological well-being. Also, all subscales of interpersonal stress were negatively related to psychological well-being. Only stress by principal had moderating effect on the relation between communication satisfaction and psychological well-being. Conclusions These results can be used to understand the relation between infant teacher s communication satisfaction, interpersonal stress, and psychological well-being. Also these results can help to understand the moderate effects of interpersonal stress, depending on the subjects. These results can help to develop infant teacher interpersonal stress and psychological well-being research in Korea.
