유아교사의 교수창의성이 직무수행효능감에 미치는 영향에서 수업역량의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 교수창의성이 직무수행효능감에 미치는 영향과 수업역량을 매개변인으로 효과를 살펴보는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 G시와 J도의 유아교사 377명을 대상으로 유아교사의 교수창의성, 수업역량, 직무수행효능감 검사를 위해 설문도구를 활용하고, PASW 24.0을 활용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 매개효과의 검증은 Kline(2005)의 검증절차에 따라 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 교수창의성과 직무수행효능감 그리고 유아교사의 수업역량 간에는 모두 의미 있는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수창의성이 매개변인인 유아교사의 수업역량에 의미 있는 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있으며, 수업역량은 유아교사의 직무수행효능감에 의미 있는 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아교사의 교수창의성과 매개변인인 수업역량이 투입될 때 직무수행 효능감에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과 매개변인인 수업역량은 유아교사의 직무수행 효능감에 직접적으로 매개하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 유아교사의 교수창의성, 직무수행효능감, 수업역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 교사교육의 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 또한 교사의 내적 동기유발 도모와 교사 가치와 열정을 높일 수 있는 워크샵, 창의적인 교수활동 지원, 교수창의성을 위한 환경 제공 등 방법 모색이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of teaching creativity of early childhood teachers on job performance efficacy, and to examine the effect of teaching competencies as a mediating variable. Methods To this end, for 377 early childhood teachers from G city and J province, the questionnaire tool was used to test early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity, teaching competencies, and job performance efficacy, and the collected data were analyzed using PASW 24.0. The verification of the mediating effect was analyzed according to the verification procedure of Kline (2005). Results In the study results, first, it was confirmed that there was a significant positive correlation between teaching creativity, job performance efficacy, and teaching competencies of early childhood teachers. Second, teaching creativity of early childhood teachers was found to have a meaningful positive effect on teaching competencies of early childhood teachers, which are mediators, and teaching competencies were found to have a significant positive effect on the job performance efficacy of early childhood teachers. Also, in the results of examining the effect of early childhood teachers teaching creativity and teaching competencies, which are a mediating variable, on job performance efficacy, it was confirmed that teaching competencies, a mediating variable, directly mediate the early childhood teachers job performance efficacy. Conclusions this study is intended to provide basic data for teacher education that can enhance teaching creativity, job performance efficacy, and teaching competencies of early childhood teachers, and also this study suggests that it is necessary to seek methods such as promoting teachers intrinsic motivation, workshops to increase teacher values and passion, supporting creative teaching activities, and providing an environment for teaching creativity.
