메이크업 국가자격증 시험제도, NCS 실기과제 현장활용성과 자아성취감 관계 연구

국문 초록

목적 메이크업 국가자격증 취득 시험제도, NCS 기반 실기과제가 현장활용성과 자아성취감의 관계를 연구하였다. 방법 메이크업 국가자격증을 취득한 미용 종사자 270명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고 메이크업 국가자격증 취득을 통한 NCS 실기과제의 현장활용성은 뷰티 메이크업, 시대 메이크업, 안전 위생 관리, 기초 메이크업, 캐릭터 메이크업, 속눈썹 연장 및 수염으로 나뉘어 분석하였다. 자아성취감은 자격증 만족도, 자기효능감, 직무수행능력으로 하위요인을 구성하였고 각 요인의 타당도 및 신뢰도와 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과 메이크업 국가자격증 취득 목적에서 취업이 많았고 국가자격증 시험제도 인식에서 과제 인식은 높게, 시스템 인식은 낮게 나타났다. 실기과제 현장활용성의 하위요인 중 안전 위생 관리가 높게, 속눈썹 연장 및 수염이 가장 낮게, 자기효능감은 높게 인식하였다. 국가자격증 취득 목적에 따른 현장활용성 중 시대 메이크업에서 교육을 위한 현장활용성은 높게, 실제 취업을 위한 현장활용성은 낮게 인식하였다. 국가자격증 시험제도 인식 중 시스템 인식은 20대와 1년 이하 경력에서 제일 낮게 인식하여 젊은 세대에 맞는 시험 시스템 환경 및 실기시험 시행 주기 등 시스템 개선이 필요하며 뷰티 메이크업, 시대 메이크업, 캐릭터 메이크업은 경력이 적을수록 현장활용성을 낮게 인식하였다. 국가자격증 시험제도 인식에서 시스템 인식이 과제 인식보다 더 많이 현장활용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 실기과제 현장활용성 하위요인 중 안전 위생 관리가 자격증 만족도에 가장 많이, 뷰티 메이크업이 자기효능감에 가장 많이, 시대 메이크업이 직무수행능력에 가장 많이 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 결론 메이크업 국가자격증 시험제도에서 시스템 개선이 필요하며 특히 젊은 연령층에 맞는 원서접수 시스템, 실기 시행 주기, 환경 개선 등 보완 및 개선이 필요하다. 실기과제 현장활용성 중 속눈썹 연장 및 수염과 시대 메이크업은 실제 현장에서 필요한 과제로 개선하여 기획 의도에 따른 메이크업 표현과 캐릭터 이미지에 따른 제작 및 연출에 대하여 보완하고, 고객의 니즈를 파악하여 이미지와 메이크업 표현을 통한 자아성취감을 높일 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 본 연구가 국가자격증 NCS 실기과제의 현장활용성을 높일 수 있는 국가자격증 시험제도 개선에 기초적 자료를 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, I analyzed how recognition of a test system through getting a national certificate affects NCS-based practical tests field utilization and self-fulfillment. Methods I surveyed 270 people who have make-up national certificates in the beauty industry. I categorized into beauty makeup, generation makeup, safety and hygiene management, basic makeup, character makeup, putting on false eyelashes and mustache for the field utilization of getting a make-up certificate about NCS-based practical tests. Results Employment is the major reason for getting a make-up certificate and in the recognition of a national certificate test, the test recognition was high, but the system recognition was low. One of the low-ranking factors of practical tests in the field utilization was safety and hygiene, which was high, and eyelash extension and beard was low. However, self-efficacy was high. For getting a national certificate, generation-makeup of field utilization was high for education, but the field utilization for getting a job was low. People in their 20 s and people who have less than one year experience acknowledge the system-cognition less in the recognition of a national certificate, so the system needs to be improved for young generation regarding environment of test system and the cycle of the practical test. Also, the recognition of beauty makeup, generation makeup, character makeup was low to people who have less experience in the field utilization. In the recognition of a national certificate test, the system recognition affects more than the test recognition in terms of the field utilization. Also, the safety-hygiene management gives satisfaction for getting a certificate the most in the practical test of the field utilization, and beauty makeup affects self-efficacy the most, and generation makeup gives positive influence on the job competency. Conclusions There needs to be some improvements regarding the system of a national makeup certificate test, especially the system of screening process for the young generation, the cycle of operating practical tests and upgrading the environment. We try to boost up our self-fulfillment through expressing every image that our customers want by using make up and make our customers satisfied. I hope this study gives basic materials to advance the system of getting a national certificate and enhances the field-utilization of NCS based practical tests.
