국문 초록

본 연구에서는 K대학 학업중단 학생의 대학생활만족에 대한 인식을 파악하고, 학업중단 학생의 특성과 대학생활만족의 영향관계를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 위해 일원배치 분산분석을 이용하여 집단별 차이분석을 시행하였고, 대학, 학년, 통학시간, 통학출발지, 진학희망순위에서 대학생활만족 하위요인에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 대학생활만족도에 미치는 영향관계 분석을 실시한 결과, 통학출발지, 고교성적이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 수업활동, 비교과활동, 교우관계 중에서 비교과활동이 가장 전반적 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에, 고교정보를 반영한 학업중단 조기경고 체계요인 재설계 및 밀착상담, 비교과 프로그램 추천알림서비스 제공 및 비교과 운영 가이드 배포, 전공 교육과정 안내, 전공 교수와의 상호작용 등이 필요하다 또한, 교내 선후배와의 교류 활성화를 위한 멘토링 프로그램 참여 독려, 기숙사학생 맞춤형 프로그램 개발 및 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구는 학업을 중단한 학생 자료를 기반으로 분석한 것에 의미가 있으며, 추후, 실제 학업중단 예방을 위한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to find out K university students’ perceptions regarding university life satisfaction and to explore the relationship between the characteristics of students who stop studying and the effects of university life satisfaction, with the goalofdevelopingandrunningsupportprograms. To this end, group analysis was conducted using “One-way ANOVA”, and significant differences were found in the lower factors of university life satisfaction in the order of university, grade, commuting time, commuting place, and wish to enter. The analysis showed that the students’ university life satisfaction was affected by commuting and school grades. Extracurricular activities (compared to class activities, and peer relationships) had the greatest impact on overall satisfaction. Accordingly, it is necessary to redesign and consult on an early warning school system that provides high school information, offers recommendation notification services for comparative programs, distributes guidelines for comparative programs, guides major curricula, and helps students to interact with professors. In addition, it is important to encourage students to participate in mentoring programs and develop and customized support programs for hostel students to promote exchanges between senior students and junior students on campus. This study is meaningful in that it was conducted based on data from students who had stopped studying. Future studies are needed to prevent actual school interruptions.
