대학의 상생을 위한 공유성장형 교육플랫폼 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 건국대학교 글로컬캠퍼스 힐링바이오공유대학의 자기설계전공 사례를 분석함으로써 미래지향적인 공유성장형 교육플랫폼의 방향성을 제안함에 목적이 있다. 이에 건국대학교 글로컬캠퍼스 힐링바이오공유대학에서 운영하는 자기설계전공 교육과정 사례를 분석함에 목적이 있다. 자기설계전공 가운데 국내 유일의 향기‧향미전공인 프래그런스&플래버(F&F: Fragrance&Flavor) 전공의 세부교과목을 중심으로 분석하였으며 기존 유사기관의 교육과정과 비교분석함으로써 교육플랫폼의 차별성을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 기존 교육기관의 경우 화장품, 조향, 식향, 향수의 단일화된 특화교육플랫폼을 구축하고 있음이 나타났다. 이에 반하여 프래그런스&플래버전공의 경우 대학 캠퍼스간 연합을 통한 공유체제를 기반으로 예술‧과학‧공학‧외국어의 학문융합을 통해 전공특화로의 교과목이 구성된 것으로 보인다. 또한 전공의 차별성은 화학공학 및 기초이론에 관한 학문교육 이외에 전공심화를 위한 교양학습 및 프랑스어, 후각 트레이닝 등의 실질적 필요교과목을 자기설계전공을 통해 구축하였음에 기존 교육과의 차별점이 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 건국대학교 글로컬캠퍼스 힐링바이오공유대학의 자기설계전공 사례를 분석함으로써 미래사회 공유대학의 방향성을 보여주고 있으며 대학간 공유, 협력, 상호소통을 가능하게 하여 온라인플랫폼을 활용한 강좌교류의 학문교류활동, 학점교류 및 학위수여를 통한 학제간 유대감형성을 통해 향후 대학이 나아가야 할 방향을 공유‧협력체제로써 제시하고 있으며 이에 연구에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to propose the direction of a future-oriented shared growth education platform by analyzing the case of the self-designed major at Konkuk University Glocal Campus Healing Bio-Sharing College. The purpose of this was to analyze the case of the self-design major curriculum operated by Konkuk University Glocal Campus Healing Bio-Sharing College. Among the self-designed majors, we analyzed the detailed subjects of the Fragrance & Flavor (F&F) major, which is the only major in fragrance and flavor in Korea, and compared and analyzed the curriculum of existing similar institutions to derive the differentiation of the educational platform. The study found that existing educational institutions are building a single specialized education platform for cosmetics, fragrances, flavors, and perfumes. On the contrary, in the case of Fragrance & Flavoring, it seems that the subject specializing in the major was formed through the academic convergence of arts, sciences, engineering, and foreign languages ​​based on a shared system through association among university campuses. In addition to the academic education on chemical engineering and basic theory, the major difference was that it was constructed through self-designed majors, such as liberal arts learning, French, and olfactory training for major intensification. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it shows the future direction of universities such as academic exchange activities of course exchange using online platforms, interdisciplinary bond formation through credit exchange, and degree collection by enabling sharing, cooperation, and communication among universities based on the purpose of sharing universities through self-design majors. Therefore, this study shows the direction of the future society sharing college by analyzing the case of the self-designed major at Konkuk University Glocal Campus Healing Bio-Sharing College. Through the formation of interdisciplinary bonds through academic exchange activities, credit exchange and degree conferment, the future direction of the university is presented as a system of sharing and cooperation, and this is meaningful for research.
