국문 초록

이 연구는 정보기기의 이용이 이주여성의 한국사회 적응에 미치는 영향 가운데 이주여성의 연령과 사회적 지지의 효과를 경험적으로 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 일반적으로 정보기기의 활용은 이주여성의 적응에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치지는 것으로 알려져 있지만, 실제적인 효과는 정보기기의 사용 목적 및 이주여성의 연령, 사회적 지지에 따라 다르게 나타난다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이주여성의 정보기기 활용 목적에 따라 한국사회 적응에 각기 다른 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이주여성이 정보 기기를 이용하여 블로그 및 커뮤니티 서비스와, 생활정보서비스를 많이 이용할수록 한국 사회 적응에 긍정적인 영향력을 미쳤으나, 단순 검색이나 콘텐츠 소비 용도로 사용한 경우에는 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이주여성의 연령에 따라 기기 이용 효과가 각기 다르게 나타났다. 20대의 경우에는 블로그 및 커뮤니티 서비스 이용이 유의미한 영향력을 미친 반면, 30대 및 40대 이상 연령 이주여성에게는 생활정보서비스 이용이 긍정적인 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 이주여성의 사회적 지지는 검색 및 콘텐츠 소비의 부적 영향력을 감소시키는 완화 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This article aims to empirically confirm the effects of marriage immigrant women s age and social support among the effects of the information device usage on Korean women s adaptation to Korean society. In general, although the use of information devices is known to positively influence the adaptation of migrant women, the actual effects vary depending on the purpose of the use of information devices and the age and social support of migrant women. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the effects of immigrant women s use of information devices on their adaptation to Korean society varied according to the purpose of their use. The more marriage immigrant women used blogs, community services, and living information services through information devices, the greater the positive effect on Korean social adaptation. However, they had a negative effect when merely used for searches or content consumption. Second, the effect of using information devices varied according to the age of immigrant women. The use of blogs and community services had a significant impact on immigrant women in their twenties, while the use of living information services positively affected immigrant women in their thirties and forties. Third, the social support of marriage immigrant women was found to have a mitigating effect, reducing the negative impact of search and content consumption.
