국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 컨설팅의 어려움 및 지원방안 탐색을 통해 어린이집 지원체계에 대한 올바른 방향설정과 보육교직원의 전문적 역량 증진을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 12명, 설문조사 222명을 대상으로 자료를 수집·분석한 결과, 어린이집 컨설팅의 어려움은 첫째, 평가인증 기준을 적용한 특성이 없는 컨설팅이다. 둘째, 보육컨설턴트의 전문성 부족이다. 셋째, 개별 원의 컨설팅 요구에 부합하지 못하는 현실이다. 넷째, 개선점에 대해 합의된 해결방안 제시보다는 문제해결에 집중한 지도점검식의 컨설팅에 대한 부담감이다. 이에 따른 컨설팅 지원방안으로는 첫째, 양방향적 컨설팅을 통한 교사 재교육 시스템 마련이다. 둘째, 전문적인 컨설턴트 양성 및 컨설턴트 간 협업체제 구축이다. 셋째, 보육교직원이 주체로 참여하는 원내 자율컨설팅을 지원하는 선순환적 구조의 컨설팅이다. 넷째, 어린이집의 강점에 기반한 컨설팅이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to establish the right direction for the support system of daycare centers and to prepare basic data to enhance the professional capabilities of childcare staff by exploring difficulties in consulting daycare centers and support measures. As a result of collecting and analyzing data from 12 person focus group interviews and 222 person survey respondents, the difficulty of consulting daycare centers is, first, consulting without characteristics that apply evaluation and certification standards. Second, lack of expertise in child care consultants. Third, the reality is that it does not meet the consulting needs of individual sources. Fourth, there is a burden on consulting of guidance inspection that focuses on problem solving rather than presenting agreed solutions for improvement points. As a result, the government plans to provide a system for re-education of teachers through two-way consulting. Second, training professional consultants and establishing a cooperative system among consultants. Third, it is a virtuous cycle of consulting that supports self-consultation in the floor, in which childcare staff participate as the main body. Fourth, consulting based on the strengths of daycare centers.
