국문 초록

이 연구는 여자고등학교 체육교사의 체육수업 유형이 학생들의 임파워먼트 및 체육수업 인식에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 여자고등학교에 재학중인 1, 2학년 여학생 450명을 연구대상으로 하여 2019년 10월 5일부터 11월 8일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 조사를 실시하였다. 이후 수집 된 450부의 자료 중 탈락한 22부를 제외한 총 428부를 최종 연구자료로 활용하였으며 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 통해 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출한 결과는 첫째, 여자고등학교 체육교사 지도유형이 학생의 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 민주적 행동이 집단인식과 주체적 능력 인식에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여자고등학교 체육교사 지도유형이 체육수업 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 민주적 행동이 목표인식과 흥미인식에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 분위기 인식에서는 권위적 행동이 분위기 인식에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of instruction type of physical education teacher in women s high school on perceived empowerment of students and participation awareness of physical education. The subjects were 450 female 1st and 2nd grade high school students and a structured questionnaire was administered from Oct. 5 to Nov. 8, 2019. The data from 428 questionnaires, after excluding uncollected ones, were used in exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, association analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 program. The results are as follows: first, the multiple regression analysis to test the effect of instruction type of physical education teacher in women s high school on perceived empowerment of students showed that the democratic behavior had positive effect on collective perception and subjective capacity perception. Second, the analysis to test the effect of instruction type of physical education teacher in women s high school on participation awareness of physical education showed that the democratic behavior had positive effect on the goal awareness and interest awareness and that the authoritarian behavior had positive effect on mood awareness.
