간호대학생의 SBAR 기반 심폐소생술 기록지를 활용한 인수인계 교육 프로그램이 의사소통 명확성과 의사소통 자신감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 SBAR 기반 심폐소생술 기록지를 활용한 인수인계 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 교육 프로그램 기반은 ADDIE 모델에 따라 분석(Analysis)-설계(Design)-개발(Development)-실행(Implementation)-평가(Evaluation)단계로 진행하였다. 분석 단계에서 심정지 상황에서의 인수인계에 대한 요구도 및 환경을 분석하고 문헌고찰을 진행하였으며, 설계 단계에서는 학습 주제, 학습 목표, 학습 구조, 프로그램 내용과 절차를 수립하였으며, 개발 단계에서는 예비조사를 통해 설계된 교육 프로그램을 수정, 보완 및 전문가에게 타당성을 검증받았다. 실행단계에서는 개발된 교육프로그램을 간호대학생 4학년 84명을 대상으로 2019년 11월 01일부터 11월 30일까지 총 4주간 교육을 실시하고 평가하였다. 평가 단계에서는 효과 검증을 위해 의사소통 명확성은 사후평가, 의사소통 자신감은 사전·사후 평가를 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계 및 Independent t-test, Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 의사소통 명확성은 두 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의하였고(t=7.02, p<.05). 의사소통 자신감의 두 집단 간 점수는 사전·사후에 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(t=-1.16, p=.250). 따라서 본 연구는 SBAR 기반 심폐소생술 기록지를 활용한 인수인계 교육 프로그램을 통해 의사소통 명확성을 향상시키는데 기여했다고 사료되며 인수인계 수행능력 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was attempted to develop a handoff education program using SBAR-based cardiopulmonary resuscitation records of nursing students and to verify the effects of communication clarity and communication confidence. The foundation of the education program was based on the ADDIE model(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). In the analysis phase, student needs, learning environment and literature review for the handoff using the cardiopulmonary resuscitation records in the cardiac arrest situation was analyzed, In the design phase, learning subject, learning goal, learning structure, content and procedure of education program were established. In the development stage, the designed education program through preliminary investigation was modified, supplemented, and validated by experts. In the implementation stage, the developed education program was conducted to for 4 weeks from November 01 to November 30, 2019. In the evaluation phase, pretest - posttest was investigated to verify the effect of communication confidence and posttest was conducted by evaluator to communication clarity. The data were analyzed descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and paired t-test. The results show that communication clarity was statistically significant between the two groups (t=7.02, p<.05). Communication confidence was not statistically significant between the two groups (t =-1.16, p =.250). Therefore, we hope that this study will be used to improve communication clarity, and also to be a basis for developing education programs to improve the ability of handoff.
