국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 아동의 자기결정과 학습몰입의 관계를 살펴보고 진로인식도의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이 연구는 경기도 B시에 위치한 B초등학교의 5, 6학년을 338명을 대상으로 설문 조사하여 부분 수집된 298개의 사례를 분석하였고 연구결과, 초등학교 고학년 아동의 자기결정과 학습몰입, 진로인식도의 관계는 유의한 것으로 나타났고 부분매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 아동의 자기결정의 효과를 예측하여 초등교육과정의 학습선택권 확대의 의미를 고려한 초등교육의 발전에 기여하기 위한 연구로써 초등학교 고학년 아동의 학습선택권 확대에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다. 그리고 초등학교 고학년인 5, 6학년 학생들의 자기결정, 진로인식도, 학습몰입에 대한 차이를 밝히고 초등학교 고학년 아동의 특성에 대한 정보를 제공하였다. 마지막으로 초등교육과정의 학습선택권을 확대하는 방향으로 자기결정을 촉진하기 위한 구체적인 실천방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the relationship of self-determination, career Awareness and learning flow and examined the mediating effect of career awareness. The subjects of this study were 338 fifth and sixth graders of B Elementary School located in B City, Gyeonggi-do, and 298 questionnaire items were analyzed. The study found that the relationship across self-determination, learning flow, and career awareness in higher grade elementary school children was significant and had a partial effect on paring. Therefore, the study gives implications for the expansion of learning options for higher grade elementary school children. Second, the difference in self-determination, career awareness, and learning flow of fifth and sixth graders, who are higher grade elementary school students, was proven to provide information on the characteristics among participants. Third, specific measures of practice were proposed to promote self-determination in a way that would expand learning options in elementary education curriculum. This study was intended to contribute to the development of primary education by predicting the effect of self-determination in higher grade elementary school children and considering the meaning of expanding learning options in elementary education curriculum.
