국문 초록

为更好地实现乡村振兴，做好“三农”工作，马房村积极探索农业和旅游业相结合的发展模式，走农旅融合的新发展道路。文章在分析马房村探索农旅融合举措的基础上，对马房村实践农旅融合发展的现状进行了深度调研，重点研究马房村在农旅融合过程中存在的农业生产结构单一，产业融合程度不高，农旅融合渠道的宽度和深度不够，基础设施和公共服务设施有待提高的问题以及乡村振兴建设在农旅融合发展中需要注意和解决旅游产品同质化的问题，针对性地提出了坚持生态优先、产业调整、打造特色品牌、提升保护意识、完善基础设施，培养马房人才及加大宣传教育方面等方面的优化路径，以期为推动马房村农旅融合发展，全面实现乡村振兴提供一定的参考。

In order to better realize rural revitalization and do a good job in the work of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, Mafang Village actively explores the development model of combining agriculture and tourism, and takes a new development path of integrating agriculture and tourism.
