국문 초록

红色文化是以中国化的马克思主义为核心的先进文化，它具有科学性、先进性和时代性。以太行精神为例，红色文化具有多重价值，挖掘经济价值赋能乡村振兴，挖掘精神价值可以提高基层治理工作的政治站位，强化红色文化产业的意识形态纠偏作用。在发现现存困境的基础上，指出太行精神要发挥其红色文化资源的价值，塑造红色文化IP，推进红色内涵的挖掘。科技赋能实现红色文化研发、传播和教育的专业化、智能化。最后强化红色文化夯实基层党建的功能，从而实现太行精神助力革命老区乡村振兴。

영문 초록

Red culture is an advanced culture with Chinese Marxism as its core. It is scientific, advanced and contemporary. Taking the Taihang spirit as an example, red culture has multiple values. Tapping the economic value empowers rural revitalization, and tapping the spiritual value can improve the political position of grassroots governance and strengthen the ideological correction role of the red cultural industry. On the basis of discovering the existing difficulties, it is pointed out that the Taihang spirit should give full play to the value of its red cultural resources, shape red cultural IP, and promote the exploration of red connotations. Technology empowerment enables the professionalization and intelligence of red culture research and development, dissemination and education. Finally, the red culture is strengthened to consolidate the function of grassroots party building, so as to realize the Taihang spirit and help the rural revitalization of old revolutionary areas.
