국내 초등학생 정서조절 연구의 동향과 제언

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 초등학생 정서조절 연구 동향을 살펴보기 위해 1999년부터 2018년 5월까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 아동 대상 정서조절 연구 115편의 게재 연도와 학술지, 연구 주제, 대상, 방법에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과 초등학생의 정서조절에 대한 학술지 연구는 1999년 발표된 이후로 꾸준히 증가하고 있었다. 게재된 학술지는 주로 가정학, 교육학, 심리학, 유아교육 분야였지만 그밖에 다양한 학술지에서도 발표되고 있었으며 이는 여러 학문 분야에서 학령기 아동의 정서조절에 대한 관심이 높음을 보여준다. 연구 대상은 주로 고학년 학생이고 적응 수준에 문제가 없는 일반 학생을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 연구방법 별로 살펴보면 변인 간 영향력을 보는 관계 연구가 가장 많았고, 프로그램 및 사례연구, 이론연구, 척도연구 순으로 연구되고 있었다. 관계 연구에서 정서조절에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 환경 요인에 대한 연구가 많았으며 정서조절이 영향을 미치는 요인 중 정서행동문제와 사회성 및 적응에 대한 연구가 많았다. 프로그램 연구는 놀이, 미술, 문학, 상담 영역으로 구분할 수 있었으며 놀이를 활용한 프로그램이 가장 다수였다. 연구방법은 양적연구가 대부분이었고, 혼합연구, 질적연구는 상대적으로 적었다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 토대로 한 논의를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out recent trends in the research on emotion regulation in Schoolage children by analyzing the papers published in domestic journals. In order to achieve this, researches on emotion regulation for elementary school student were analyzed with the criteria: the year of publication, the field of journals, the subjects, participants, the themes and the methods from 115 papers published until May 2018. According to the results, the number of research on Emotion regulation in Schoolage children is increasing steadily. The journals were published mainly in the fields of home economics, education, psychology, and early childhood education. The subjects were mainly students in upper grades. The most common theme was relational research, followed by program and case studies, theoretical research, and scale research. The research method was mostly quantitative research, and mixed research and qualitative research were relatively few. Based on the results of this study, the implications of research on emotional regulation in Korean children are suggested and the suggestions for the development of emotional regulation research based on them are discussed.
