예비유아교사가 인식하는 유아교사의 창의적 역량에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사가 인식하는 유아교사의 창의적 역량에 대한 사고유형을 탐색하고 분석하기 위해 은유분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 부산 및 경남지역에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 재학중인 예비유아교사 243명을 대상으로 2019년 12월 5일부터 12월 23일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 체계적 은유분석을 사용하여 범주화하고 수량화하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 상위 내용유형은 창의적 능력, 창의적 태도, 창의적 지식으로 분류하였으며, 하위 내용유형은 문제 해결능력, 융합적 사고능력, 의사 소통능력, 협동능력, 개방적 태도, 민감한 태도, 비판적 태도, 교과 전문지식, 일상 생활지식 총 9개 유형으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들은 유아교사의 창의적 역량을 교실에서 일어나는 다양한 상황과 문제를 창의적으로 대처하는 능력이라고 가장 많이 표현하였다. 마지막으로 유아교사의 창의적 역량에 대해 예비유아교사들은 학습해야할 지식으로 인지하고 다소 부담스럽게 생각하였다. 따라서 양성과정 초기부터 예비유아교사를 위한 창의적 역량에 대해 바람직한 인식전환과 교육과정의 보완이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study set out to examine and analyze the thought types of early childhood teachers creative competencies perceived by pre-service early childhood teachers through metaphor analysis. For this purpose, data was collected from 243 pre-service early childhood teachers attending four-year universities in Busan and Gyeongnam on December 5~23, 2019. Collected data was categorized and quantified through systematic metaphor analysis. The findings were as follows: first, the upper-level content types were categorized into creative ability, attitude, and knowledge. There were total nine lower-level content types including problem-solving ability, convergent thinking ability, communication ability, collaboration ability, open attitude, sensitive attitude, critical attitude, subject expertise, and daily life knowledge ; secondly, pre-service early childhood teachers had the highest perception of early childhood teachers creative competency to deal with various situations and problems in the classroom in creative ways; and finally, pre-service early childhood teachers recognized early childhood teachers creative competencies as the type of knowledge they should acquire and felt rather some burden with them. These findings raise a need to change the perceptions of creative competencies right and supplement the curriculums for pre-service early childhood teachers at the early stage of the cultivation course.
