간호대학생의 감성지능, 자아탄력성, 임상실습스트레스 대처가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대상자의 감성지능, 자아탄력성, 임상실습스트레스 대처와 진로정체감 간의 상관관계를 파악하고 각각의 요인들이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 조사대상자는 S시에 소재한 1개 간호대학 4학년에 재학 중인 200명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 Program을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호학 만족도, 감성지능, 임상실습스트레스 대처, 자아탄력성, 최종학력이었으며, 이들 요인이 진로정체감을 39% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive research study attempted to identify the correlation between subject s emotional intelligence, self-elasticity, clinical practice stress coping and career identity, and to determine the effect of each factor on career identity. The survey subjects were 200 students attending 4th grade at a nursing college located in S City. For the collected data, real, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS WIN Program. As a result of the study, the factors influencing the subject s career identity were nursing satisfaction, emotional intelligence, coping with clinical practice stress, self-elasticity, and final education, and these factors accounted for 39% of career identity.
