동료 피드백을 포함한 학습공동체 활동이 대학생 핵심역량에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생 갖추어야 할 핵심역량(문제해결 역량, 의사소통 역량, 협력 역량, 학습 역량)에 대한 학습공동체의 효과를 확인하고, 동료 피드백 포함 여부에 따라 학습공동체가 대학생의 핵심역량에 미치는 효과가 유의하게 다른지를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2018년과 2019년 경기 소재 G대학의 학습공동체 프로그램 중 동료 피드백을 포함하지 않은 학습공동체와 동료 피드백을 포함한 학습공동체에 참여한 학생 432명을 대상으로 학습공동체 참여 전과 후의 역량 검사를 실시하였다. 동료 피드백을 포함한 학습공동체 집단은 1회 이상 다른 팀과 학습일지를 공유하고 서로 피드백을 제공하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 학습공동체는 학생들의 문제해결 역량, 의사소통 역량, 학습 역량을 유의하게 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 협력 역량에 대한 학습공동체의 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 동료 피드백을 포함한 학습공동체는 참여자들의 문제해결 역량, 의사소통 역량, 학습 역량과 함께 협력 역량 또한 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 동료 피드백 여부에 따라 핵심역량에 대한 학습공동체의 효과 차이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학습공동체에 대한 교육현장에서의 시사점을 도출하고 교육적 의의를 찾고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether the learning community has significantly different effects on college students ability (problem-solving ability, communication ability, collaboration ability, learning ability) depending on the peer review between teams. 432 students were participated in G University s learning community program which were divided into groups with and without peer review in 2018 and 2019. Core competency tests were conducted before and after learning community participation. The learning community group including peer review shared their learning journals with other teams more than once and provided feedback to each other. The observed results were that, first, the learning community group that did not include the reciprocal review significantly improved the students problem-solving ability, communication ability, and learning ability, but not collaboration ability. Second, the learning community group including peer review was found to improve the collaboration ability as well as the problem-solving ability, communication ability, and learning ability of participants. Third, the difference in the learning community s effect on core competencies was statistically significant depending on the peer review. Based on the above research results, this study attempted to derive implications from the field of the learning community and determine educational significance.
