대학생의 기초학업역량 중요도-실행도(IPA) 차이수준을 바탕으로 한 학습법 프로그램 개선방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 충청소재 B대학교에 재학 중인 학생들의 기초학업역량에 대한 중요도- 실행도(IPA) 차이수준 및 요구사항을 조사하고 분석하여 B대학교 학생들의 기초학업역량 향상을 위한 방안을 탐색하고 이를 바탕으로 학습법 프로그램 개선방안을 탐 구하는데 목적이 있다. 조사기간은 2018년 10월 15일(월)부터 2018년 10월 31일(수)까지 약 2주간 실시되었고 B대학 12개 학부에 각 100개의 설문 조사지를 배부하였으며 총 배부된 1200개의 설문 조사지 중 회수된 1048개의 설문 조사지로 재학생들 의 기초학업역량 진단과 요구사항을 분석하였다. B대학의 기초학업역량은 B대학 핵심역량의 기본영역인 RAIE-UP(대인관계역량, 실천적 봉사역량, 창의융합역량, 현장 실무역량, 글로컬 소통역량, 인문소양역량)의 하위요인에 맞추어 개인 역량, 학업 역량, 사회적 역량으로 구분지어 25개의 하위영역 별 세부역량으로 구성되어 있다. 연구 결과 B대학교 재학생들은 외국어 활용능력(1), 외국어능력(2), 자기성찰(3) 순으로 기초학업역량의 중요도-실행도(IPA)가 높은 것으로 나타났고 이를 토대로 하여 학습법 프로그램에 대한 교육적 시사점과 개선 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the importance-performance (IPA) differences and requirements of students attending B University in Chung-cheong to explore ways to improve the basic academic competency of B university students and to explore ways to improve the learning methods program based on them. For this purpose, 100 survey papers were distributed to each of the 12 departments of B University and 1048 survey papers retrieved out of the total 1200 survey papers distributed were analyzed for the basic study competency diagnosis and requirements of students. B University s basic academic competency consists of 25 sub-area specificities, divided into individual competences, academic competences and social competences, in accordance with the sub-components of RAIE-UP, which is a basic area of B university s core competency. The study found that the importance-performance (IPA) of the basic academic competency of B university students was high in the order of first, foreign language proficiency, second, foreign language proficiency, third, self-reflection. Based on these results, the educational mplications of the learning methods program and the ways to improve them were proposed.
