특성화고 교사의 사회적 지지가 학생의 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향: 학생의 취업스트레스의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사의 사회적 지지와 특성화고 학생의 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 취업스트레스의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2018년 11 월 30일 경기도 S시 소재 S특성화 고등학교 1학년, 2학년, 3학년 남녀 학생 300명을 대상으로, 교사의 사회적 지지 척도, 진로결정자기효능감 척도, 취업스트레스 척도 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 300부 중 불성실하게 응답된 자료 50부를 제외하고 250부가 최종 자료로 활용되었다. SPSS 21.0 과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사 용하여 분석한 결과 교사의 사회적 지지가 특성화고 학생의 진로결정자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 이 사이에서 취업스트레스가 매개하는 연구모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 사회적 지지와 특성화 고 학생의 진로결정자기효능감 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 또 교사의 사회적 지지와 학생의 취업스트레스 간에는 유의한 부적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감의 관계에서 취업스트레스는 부분 매개 효과 가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 특성화고 학생에게 교사의 사회적 지지가 중요함을 시사하고, 이러한 사회적 지지를 통해 학생들이 경험하는 취업스트레스의 감소와 진로결정자기효능감의 향상이 중요함을 시사한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제 한점에 대해 논의 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job seeking stress on the relationship between teacher s social support and career decision-making self-efficacy of vocational high school students. For this purpose, on November 30, 2018, 300 students of freshmen, sophomore and junior of S vocational high schools in S city, Gyeonggi Province were surveyed on the teacher’s social support scale, career decision-making self-efficacy scale and job seeking stress scale. Of the 300 collected data, 250 were used as final data, with the exception of 50 unreasonably responded. Using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs, the research model of teachers social support influencing on career decision-making self-efficacy and mediating effect of job stress in vocational high school students was analyzed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between social support of vocational high school teachers and career decision-making self-efficacy of the students. In addition, the social support of vocational high school teachers and the students job stress showed significant negative correlation. Second, students job stress partially mediated the relationship between social support of vocational high school teachers and students career decision-making self-efficacy. These results suggest that the social support of teachers is important to vocational high school students, and through these social support, it is important to reduce the job seeking stress experienced by students and to improve career decision-making self-efficacy. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and future research directions were discussed.
