비수도권 대학생의 스트로크와 학습 민첩성이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보기 위해 개인 특성, 스트로크와 학습 민첩성 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충청지역 K대학의 308명 대학생들에게 이틀 동안 설문 조사하여 282명의 설문 조사지를 분석하였다. 측정도구는 요인분석과 신뢰도를 실시하여 검증하였으며 기술통계, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석의 위계분석방법을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회통계학적 변인 중 ‘학년’은 대학생활 적응에 정(+)적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습 민첩성의 ‘성공지향’과 ‘자기인식’ 요인은 대학생활 적응에정(+)적으로 영향을 주었으며, ‘성찰추구’는 부(-)적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스트로크의 ‘긍정적 스트로크 받기’는 정(+)적으로 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나 스트로크의 ‘스트로크 무(無)교환’과 ‘부정적 스트로크 주기’는 부(-)적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, ‘학년’, ‘성공지향’, ‘자기인식’, ‘긍정적 스트로크 받기’는 대학생활 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 논의에서는 시사점과 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between learning agility and stroke in order to investigate the factors influencing university life adaptation. For this purpose, 308 college students at K University in Chungcheong province were surveyed and 282 questionnaires were analyzed. The measurement tools were verified by factor analysis and reliability, and hierarchical analysis method of descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis was performed. The results of the study are as follows. first, grade variables showed a positive effect on the university life adaptation. Second, the factors of growth-oriented and self-awareness of learning agility have a positive effect on university life adaptation and a negative effect on reflection seeking . Third, positive strokes taking affects positively university life adaptation. However, it was found that no stroke and negative stroke giving had a negative effect on university life adaptation. fourth, The results of the multiple regression analysis of the learning agility and stroke, demographic variables affecting university life adaptation, have positive effects in the order of growth oriented and self awareness and have negative effects in the order of stroke no exchange , lower grade , return student and negative stroke giving . Based on the above results, the theoretical and practical implications are suggested.
